Due to COVID-19, our return policy has changed. The following information now refers to hard goods only. Such as furniture. Within the CURRENT MONTH, purchases are subject to a 7 day return policy for a full refund. Returns made in excess of 7 days, within the current month, will be issued store credit only. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED IN EXCESS OF 30 DAYS. If making a return, you MUST have your receipt or store credit will be issued ONLY. Final sale on: Jewelry, apparel, accessories & fabric items et al.
Vendors in our marketplace have the right to refuse a return made outside of the current month/consignment period

Damage policy
Upon entering Nest on Main, you understand that you have a duty of care while shopping here. The items on consignment and commission do not belong to Nest on Main, and therefore any negligent damage to said inventory in the store will be at expense of the consumer.
