What inspired you to start your business?

Through our Real Vintage Collection, Rudy’s Tees attempts to resurrect the many old, forgotten businesses that formed Long Island. All of our Real Vintage Tees, are inspired by historical Long Island businesses, and include a history card with each purchase.

What makes your house a home?

Being able to spend time and make memories with my family is what makes my house a home. Of course, Rudy in the staple in my family. Rudy is a six-year-old West Highland Terrier. That's right, Rudy is a DOG! I decided to name my business after Rudy because of all the happiness and joy he has brought to my family throughout the years.

Why did you choose to be part of the Nest? :)

Being part of the Nest is like being part of a family of creative and motivated people. The presentation of the store, and the selection of highly talented local vendors is what makes The Nest unique. Being able to be a part of the Nest helped me and my business become more connected with the community.
