Dre’s Eclectic Workshop

Handpainted/up-cycled furniture and home accents.
What inspired you to start your business?
When I painted my first piece of furniture almost 5 years ago, I had such a sense of accomplishment and I knew that it was something I wanted to continue doing. I would pass old pieces that had been put to the curb and know exactly what I would do to transform them into beautiful, useable items that could be loved again. I then started custom projects for customers, and with the help of my dear old friend Loretta, Dre’s Eclectic Workshop was born!
What makes your house a home?
I have always had a love of decorating and design, and I enjoy making my home a comfortable, cozy place surrounded by collected “treasures” that bring joy to myself as well as family and friends
Why did you choose to be part of the Nest? :)
I am so fortunate to be a part of the unique collaboration of artists, craftspeople, and artisans that comprise the Nest. We are a family who support and encourage each other and, in turn, provide wonderful experiences and products for our customers. When I was presented with the opportunity to bring my furniture to Nest I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of, and as my business continues to grow I am excited for the future here at Nest!
