What inspired you to start your business?

I wanted to teach what I love. I wanted to be able to touch other people's lives. I have a love for using mostly one of a kind and using natural and luxury fibers in myembroidered and crocheted kitchen tea towels with both vintage and modern motifs. Vintage brass and copper jewelry incorporating real fresh water pearls as well as leather and cotton and silk corded pieces with stones and beads. Wood products to include mostly trinket boxes. Some lines with vintage fabric or suede.

Why did you choose to be part of the Nest? :)

I love the atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Great mix of people and merchandise. Very welcoming. It feels good. I wanted to be part of such a creative endeavor. Donna and her staff are fabulous. I felt as though it was a good fit for my craft and the scope of what I do as many of crafts overlap and work together.
